5 Members went to this day Kath, Ruth, Annette, Moira and Eileen. Morning speakers with a European theme included 2 Norwegian women talking about 'Growing up in Norway', a Polish lady talking about Polish customs, Around the World with ACWW, and the morning ended with an explanation of Women Reaching Women and a game showing the levels of separation in society worldwide. At lunchtime members took a stroll to the bridge in the sunshine to show solidarity with women all over the world saying NO to war and YES to peace. See pictures on the Woman for Women International website. In the afternoon there was an African theme: 'Images of Africa' (Christine Button) followed by the 'Sanburu Wedding' Roger Stoakley.
