Very sad news
One of our members died on Thursday - a very sad piece of news. The funeral will be 8th March. International Women's Day. 9 members had booked to attend a WI event in Draycott BUT obviously many will be at the funeral.

Committee meeting and monthly meeting
Committee meet this week.
Monthly meeting very good - our speaker told us about her gap year activity of running the marathon. We were all overwhelmed by her strength of character and determination - she was very funny too!! I think everyone enjoyed it.

Monthly Lunch Club
17 members visited 'The Court' for lunch on 1st February. Another enjoyable outing.
