Our Meeting Day is the third Thursday of the month at 7.45pm.

Venue: Binegar and Gurney Slade Village Hall.

Visitors are welcome - we also aim to have several 'open meetings' per year and family/friends are welcome to join us. We charge £3 per visit with a maximum of 3 visits per year for visitors which includes tea/biscuits. WI subscription this year is £31.50 which covers 11 meetings and 8 magazines by post.

Re: our link in Happy Valley, Australia

Good news, I've heard from Margaret Dowdell, who was secretary of our link with the Country Women's Association, nr Adelaide in Happy Valley. She is planning to come to the UK next summer and will come and visit Binegar if she does. That will certainly make our link especially interesting. Have just posted off their Christmas card plus a copy of 'The Harmonies' CD with a few newspaper cuttings of the carnival etc and pictures of the Mosaic Day. Cost £5 to send it!!!
